48th Annual International Day
Please follow the Yellow Brick Road of Friendship and Celebrate with the Grand bethels of BC and Washington!
Ceremony: Victoria
Practice at 1:30pm
Ceremony at 4:00pm
Dinner to follow: approximately 6pm
Cost: $30/person – includes a hot dinner and hot breakfast (please indicate if registrants are staying for breakfast with registration)
We are having a catered dinner after the celebrations. Everyone is welcome.
Join us at our fun event with a snack concession and sleepover after the International Day activities at 679 Goldstream Ave. (Goldstream Masonic Hall)
Payment:
by June 30th earns reserved seating at dinner and front of line eating
Final due date for payment: September 15th
Please collect all funds from your Bethel before making payment. You can make a second payment for those committing after the initial due date. Bethels will be responsible for payment for all persons registered.
When registering online, Attendee #1 should be the Bethel Guardian or the main contact for the registration.

BC attendees:
Payment may be made by personal cheque or Bethel cheque payable to GGC in Canadian funds.

WA attendees:
Payment may be made by money order in Canadian funds payable to GGC.

There will be NO REFUNDS after September 1st.
Dress code:
Meeting:
Girls and adults on sidelines should be in semi-formal/formal
Grand Bethel girls in regalia.
Grand Officers in Grand Officer formal outfit.
Dinner dress code:
Formal or business casual. We request no jeans, but encourage you to wear your jobie shirts and your ruby red shoes or slippers.
Sleepover:
Pack an air mattress, sleeping bag, and pillow for the sleepover
Indicate ‘Yes’ for each registrant wanting breakfast
